Holiday Overview

      Lower Dolpo Trekking is one another popular destinations in the country, located in the north-west region of the country. It was opened for the outsiders only in 1990s.

     Lower Dolpo valley is a unique, culturally rich, seclude valley surrounded by high mountains including the Dhaulagiri massif. created by Guru Rinpoche,settlement of Buddhist religious groups, preserve the unique Buddhist culture, tradition, and lifestyles. Shey-Phoksundo Lake is another major highlight of this region. Surrounded by rock, forests, and snow- capped peaks, the unique landscape, rocky and sloppy hills, the flora and fauna.

     An opportunity to cross the challenging Numala Pass (5115m) and Bagala Pass (5100m). The spectacular views of Dhaulagiri range, Nilgiri, KyangyuRipa, Annapurna range.This  trekking begins with a short flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, Nepalgunj to Juphal and continue to trek and finally return back to Juphal flight  to Nepalgunj then Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport and transfer to Hotel.

Day 02: Half day Sightseeing in Katmandu city with cultural tour guide. Hotel

Day 03: Flight Kathmandu-Nepalgunj with 1 hours and overnight in Nepaljung Hotel.

Day 04:Flight Nepalgunj-Juphal (2475 m), walk to Dunai (2140 m) 2.5 hrs

Day 05:Dunai (2140 m) to Lingdo (2391 m) 5 hrs

Day 06:Lingdo (2391 m) to Laina Odar (3370 m) 6 hrs

Day 07:Laina Odar (3370 m) to Nawarpani (3475 m) 4 hrs

Day 08:Nawarpani (3475 m) to Sisaul (3750 m) 3.5 hrs

Day 09:Sisaul (3750 m) to Dho Tarap (4080 m) 4 hrs

Day 10:Dho Tarap (3944 m) to Numala Base Camp (4440 m) 3 ½ hrs

Day 11:Numala Base Camp (4440 m) to Danigar (4631 m) via Numa La (Pass) (5318 m) 6 hrs

Day 12:Danigar (4631m) to Yak Kharka (3982m) via Baga La (5190 m) 6 hrs

Day 13:Yak Kharka (3982 m) to Ringmo/Phoksundo Lake (3733 m) 2 .5 hrs

Day 14:Rest day

Day 15:Phoksundo Lake (3733 m) to Chhepka (2838 m) via Rechi (2940 m) 7 hrs

Day 16:Chhepka (2838 m) to Juphal (2475 m) 6 hrs

Day 17:Flight Juphal-Nepalgunj-Kathmandu

 Day 18: Reserve day in Kathmandu.

Day 19: Trip end. Final departure transfer to airport
